SSRI (MAIN LOCATION/GROSS HALL)
Facilities are located on the second floor of Gross Hall on West Campus. They are equipped to conduct and communicate social science research, as well as attract, train and support scholars engaged in research and interested in collaboration.
Rooms surrounding a spacious open area (that includes our help desk) are available for teams, seminars or small classes.
SSRI offers both a small (six computers) statistical computer lab at Erwin mill as well as a “virtual” lab of 15 deployable laptops at our Gross hall location. These are available to all Duke faculty and students. These machines are loaded with many of the software packages used for social science research.
For conferences or meetings, SSRI offers open areas, team rooms, classrooms and event rooms.
SSRI (ERWIN MILL)
Facilities are located in Bays A, B and C of the Erwin Mill Building near the corner of Ninth and Main Streets.
