SSRI’s Education & Training core strives to ensure Duke scholars can access the tools and training they need to conceive, undertake and complete their research and to increase the availability and utilization of cutting-edge methodologies in social and behavioral science. The core facilitates and supports the application of social and behavioral methods and tools within research projects conceived and conducted by students and faculty.

SSRI identifies online resources that allow researchers to learn methodological skills and apply software packages at their own pace and convenience.
SSRI offers videos to assist social and behavioral science researchers in planning and undertaking their projects and in understanding challenges facing researchers today.
SSRI provides consulting services available both by appointment and on a drop-in basis at our Connection Bar, weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
